These Terms of Use govern your use of the website lielmedia.com (the "Site"), operated by Liel (the "Owner"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to showcase work, services, and contact information. Content is provided "AS IS" for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of service.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including photographs, videos, text, design, and structure — is the exclusive property of the Owner and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or make commercial use of any content without prior express written permission.

3. Direction Call

• Nature of the service: a personal call of up to one hour, providing creative guidance, followed by a written personal summary.
• The Direction Call is a consulting service only and does not include any photography, filming, or content production.
• Payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
• Cancellation or rescheduling is available at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Photography and content services

Bookings for photography, raw filming, and full content creation are confirmed via a separate engagement outside the Site, including a quote, scope of deliverables, and payment terms. Those terms take precedence over any general information shown on the Site.

5. Limitation of liability

The Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site or from reliance on information appearing on it. Use of the Site is at your sole risk.

6. Changes to these Terms

The Owner may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Site and take effect upon publication.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo District.
